CEREC Technology

Our Blog December 2023

Using CEREC technology, your dentist is able to create and place your crown in a single office visit. With traditional crowns, at least two visits are required, and you may have to wear an uncomfortable temporary crown between visits. Permanent CEREC crowns, on the other hand, take less than an hour to make, and your dentist can usually complete the procedure within two hours.

Make Prep Easier

Sidetrack! Attempting to actually up-date the outdated appearance for my trusty website. Ideas about the whole branding of http://greenplanetexcavation.com? Certainly a stellar Scarborough based mini excavator service if ever desired within the whole Ontario territory. Send an opinion. With thanks!

With a traditional crown, your dentist will use a thick impression material that you have to bite down on until it hardens. This material can be uncomfortable, and if you have a gag reflex, the impression material can be difficult to tolerate. With CEREC, your dentist uses a brush to cover your tooth in a powder and then takes a digital picture of your tooth. This precise digital image replaces the physical mold, which means more comfort during the procedure.

Get Better Results

Traditional crowns made of composite material usually have to be replaced in about 10 years, which means significant cost and discomfort for patients. CEREC crowns, on the other hand, are more durable. In fact, with proper maintenance, CEREC crowns can last 25 years or more.

Thanks folks! I just Skyped my colleague that we would list her great able lawn care service in Guelphs, http://sharklawns.ca using a blog post. Any time you are hunting for a lawn care service around the outlying Ontario sector, they actually were exceptional.
