Very appreciative of this team and of Dr. Garach. I initially switched dentists due to my sensory issues and was very pleased with the understanding I received. Furthermore, Dr. Garach went out of her way to ensure I was very happy with my smile when correcting my teeth as part of my recovery process - she is quick in her work but thorough and always kind. I am so so happy with the outcome of my dental work and feel a lot more confident in smiling again. 🙂

From the moment I stepped in; reception, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist and the doctor herself were all so friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Excellent professional service

I am a new patient to Garach Dentistry and from the first contact I felt like they really cared about my well being. With my busy life I found there use of technology to remind me of appointments very helpful. During my initial consultation with Dr. Simali Garach she really listened to me and offered a variety of solutions and suggestions. I truly feel she had my best interest at heart. She referred me quickly to a specialist in Hamilton and made the appoinmentt herself ( She got me an appointment on the 24th of December at 4:00 PM ) where again I felt like I was in extremely good hands and care. In a few weeks I have had several procedures: a difficult root canal, discussion on bone loss, two caps and molds taken for a mouth guard to help prevent the grinding and wearing of my teeth. My mouth is pain free for the first time that I can remember. I have some concerns now about things pointed out by Dr. Simali that I have faced simply because my previous dentist either didn't know or diagnose. I completely trust her and it is a pleasure actually visiting her office. Best Dental experience I have ever had. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you for your kindnesss, care and everything you do.

the staff are very kind and considerate and they use some really cool technology for monitoring and caring for your teeth. after 5 years without dental insurance, the appointments i've had were excellent. appointment availability is top notch - i was seen 3 times within a week and a half. i didn't feel pressured for upgrades or made to feel like my teeth were a problem. as someone with a lot of dental and financial anxiety, i felt cared for. if you go here, expect to ask questions and for transparency around pricing, it is not explained without you being proactive and asking. I didn't ask in advance of my appointment if i was close to my insurance maximum, and i ended up paying over 500.00 for some of my fillings while my mouth was completely frozen and i was feeling very vulnerable. it was not a great surprise, but i do take some accountability in the fact that i could've asked in advance and didn't. my initial assessment and xrays were low stress and quite relaxed. brittany's patience and non judgmental nature were really appreciated. my cleaning was effective and well done - the technology they used to show where you need to brush more effectively was educational and my teeth look better than they have in a long time. Dr. Garach is great. her bedside manner is curt but efficient, and she gave me space to breathe when things felt overwhelming in my appointment. overall, it's been a great experience.
